I used the mx5 to. Had no issues with it. In fact. My opinion is still that it offers a lot of bang for its prize and size. IRs being the key though. And opinions and crap talk about algorithms and modeling doesn’t really knock it down imo. Like anything today it can sound awesome in the right hands and mind.

Totally agree. My main point has always been that for the money and capabilities, it was a no brainer for a effect unit. In 4 or 5 cable method..or even with my wdw.
I just never jibbed with the limits put on it by the company, especially as a beta member whom essentially gave HR all the ideas....just to ask for more money for features the other units could run. I don't like forced obsolescence. Never have.
My point is even back to the PB...it's all the same brain...but I suppose I know nothing.
All I want is the synth blocks..... everything else is dumb anyway....but I don't need it. I just like exposing BS.....oops. guess I'm just bickering.
