Happy Fourth to everyone!

I'm in the middle of an entire week off which is great. Been cleaning out the garage and getting some stuff done but also relaxing and recharging. Also got a new Pit Boss smoker grill yesterday, so smoked some bratwurst earlier today for dinner.

It's been raining for like three months straight here in Minnesota so no official fireworks, but right now the kids are blowing up a bunch of them in the parking lot of the nearby apartment buildings.

I don't drink anymore but going to crack a tasty NA in a minute here.
