Everybody and their uncle are jumping on the "FRFR" Train
Makes sense. The components that go into a "FRFR" (power amp module, cab, speaker) are so commoditized and cheap, it's a very low bar market to enter.

You have seen my "Adventures in stupid guitar rigs" thread, right?
Yes and the same projection as a regular Celestion guitar speaker. They sell them saying they can go anywhere but they can be too dark in the wrong cab.Co Ax Right ?
I’ve been looking at this shit all day, and watching demos. I think if I took a shot at it, I would get the reference design cab.Yes and the same projection as a regular Celestion guitar speaker. They sell them saying they can go anywhere but they can be too dark in the wrong cab.
I thought they meant the Positive Grid nonsense?I've gigged 2 F12s for a long while in single 112 cabs loud. They sound great to my ears?
All these solutions are a compromise of some sort you end up either accepting or you don't.
I took it as a response to video I'm the post above it. I probably misunderstood.I thought they meant the Positive Grid nonsense?
I don't see why notDoes anyone know if the 3.5mm line out from the Spark Mini, will feed directly into the Laney LFR cab 3.5mm Aux in ?
Strangely, I already own both (albeit they are in different locations) but have never thought of trying.
If so, I'll stop looking at the new Spark cab
