So the fc-6 has 4 slots for 4 expression pedals and 2 slots for ctrl pedals which I am assuming can take 2 boss fs-5u per switch so 4 in total?

Anyone have a picture of what a fc-6 looks like with 4 expression pedals and 4 ctrl type switches all in one pic?

If not I may end up doing that lmao. Maybe that's over kill lol.

Anybody facing issues streaming audio from your Macbook through the Axe Fx III? I know there's an ongoing issue with the FM3 and the latest Mac OS, but I'm facing the same issues as described for the FM3 but with my (not latest OS) Macbooks and the Axe Fx III. Axe Edit etc. works fine and the computer can see and communicate with the Axe, but audio isn't streaming at all.

I have been having this problem lately, but under circumstances that I can not yet identify to produce a consistent path for solution. The scenario is, I turn on Axe, computer, etc. I play for a few hours. When done playing, I turn off my vocal tube preamp. I may or may not close Cubase where I have been recording during play. Then I will open Cubase back up a few hours later (Axe has been on the whole time) and when I try and playback, I get nothing, from Cubase or any other application. I have found that the only way for me to get the sound back is to turn Axe off and back on. This has only been happening since the 28.xx updates, and I did install and run all betas. But it does not happen every time, so need to find a path where this is reproduced. I hope it gets resolved eventually, but it is not a deal breaker, only a minor inconvenience. My system is Win 10 Pro, latest FW and drivers, latest Axe Edit. I am connected via USB.

My issue right now is maybe I need fm9 lol....

Running 2 guitar sounds from vg-800 guitar modeler into the fm3 fx loop and one guitar panned left and the other guitar panned right and into fm3, however once they hit the amp it collapse to mono obviously, so the panning is worthless.

I guess the only fix is needing 2 amps, and obviously fm3 can't do that, or just use the amps and cabs from the boss vg-800 but i want the fm3 amps and cabs argh....

Also wish i had a way to use my zoia and vp4 when i don't wanna use my boss vg-800 / gm-800 setup. The zoia and vp4 are in the fx loop along with the boss pedals and i can only use them when using the boss pedals.

WHY DO I CREATE SO MANY PROBLEMS FOR MYSELF LOL

I went from an FM3 to an AxeFXIII in about a month.

Any of you savages ever get auto-audition to work for IRs?

I go to cab block, I select scratchpad, I go to Manage Cabs, enable auto-audition and then select which number scratchpad to use. (Which corresponds to the number entered in the cab block) I’ve tried scratchpad number 1,2,3,4 and nothing.

Auto audition works for me but i have this weird issue where I audition IRs, find one I like and add it to the cab block but once its added it sounds different than it did in the audition.

Guys... i feel a FM9 turbo mark II itch coming on bad lol.

If i can sell my mint fm3 turbo mark II for like $850 usd, I think I'd have enough to buy one direct from fractal with the money i have left from selling some stuff and the money from fm3 once sold.

I really need 2 stereo fx loops at least and 2 amps/cabs after all to make what I want to work!

I could run boss vg-800 and gm-800 into one loop via stereo, and then zoia in the other loop (maybe other future pedals along with it) and then do spdif with vp4

Then I can have my 2 guitar models from the vg-800 in true stereo going into 2 different amps etc.. etc..

SHOULD I???

Do you feel some sort of limitations with the FM3? What would change with you getting the 9?

The limitation is what I said above lol :D

Mainly need 2 fx loops and 2 amps/cabs for what I want to work for my stuff and I'm not going to get that with fm3. I feel im ok sound wise and block wise, no real limitations there for effects and what not.

BUT being a home player, i could always just do more tracks with the stuff in my DAW and be fine with FM3..... Thinking lol.
