Fractal reverbs - what inspired them???

The only ones I’m not thrilled with are the spring reverbs. They’re serviceable but meh. But digital spring reverb never sounds right for some reason.

It would be so nice to have a really good 6G15 done well.

Other than that they’re the best!

Big +1 on that. The only thing I really find myself struggling with on the Axe is spring reverb. I had one of the hand wired Deluxe Reverb reissues a few years ago and the verb was just magical. On the Axe there’s a harsh metallic clank or something that I can’t dial out. Putting the verb in front of the amp helps a little, but it’s still there.

Having said that, I don’t really care because all the other reverbs are excellent. I especially like London plate and north church.
