Dill pickles or sweet pickles?

Which is the superior pickle?

I've fallen into some of the Asian pickling methods. Introducing Soy, Sesame, Rice Vinegar, and Chilis. :chef

At last family get together my sister-in-law said, "I hate pickles. These are the best I have ever had."

They are tasty. A lot more complex. Still like the basics. Shit's good for your guts, too. :guiness

Not sure if I mentioned this earlier but a dill pickle is a great heartburn cure. Sounds counter intuitive but it really works. I guess it's like fighting fire with fire. I used to get heartburn constantly and a friend used to always say, have heartburn, eat a pickle. I thought he was crazy considering the acid in pickles. Then I tried it. Works pretty good. Apple cider vinegar pickles work awesome though. Since I make my own ACV pickles I'm always set in case of heartburn.
