Now they want me to send it to Petaluma and they didn't provide the prepaid shipping label that was promised to me yesterday.

I responded explicitly asking for said promised shipping label. Now waiting for their response.

Estimated repair time of 4 to 6 weeks.

Had to send them a JP2C chassis to troubleshoot couple years ago.
Found a faulty standby switch, replaced it, and I had it back to me in a couple of weeks - although I'm in CA.

Fortunately it's not my only amp. I have plenty of options to keep me busy while the Fillmore gets squared away.
