Capture your gear for free with TONEZONE3000

does this mean that we can now, finally, include additional profiles to an already published pack / collection? :D
yes =)

Looks like some of you already noticed.... we unified ToneHunt with TONEZONE3000 into a single platform: TONE3000 (now in beta) → tone3000.com

Our goal in bringing these two together is to increase access to the insane technology that powers them: NAM (thanks Steve!) By consolidating community and capture, I hope more people can discover the magic of open-source gear modeling.

We've rebuilt the entire platform from the ground up, making it faster, easier, and more powerful. Here are the top five updates:
  1. Add images to your tone packs!
  2. Edit, delete, download, add and move individual models within tone packs.
  3. Add links to your captures and profile to promote yourself.
  4. Search across tone packs, makes, descriptions, tags, platforms, and even individual models within tone packs.
  5. Filter by NAM architecture/size and models calibrated with input/output levels.
Oh and the website is benchmarked 30x faster!

If you're from ToneHunt or TONEZONE3000, you can log in with your existing credentials. All your ToneHunt packs have been neatly migrated. TONEZONE3000 users: your models have been migrated and organized into tone packs to help you get started. You can edit and move them as needed to keep your account organized.

We have a ton of big plans, but here are the top three:
  1. An API for plugin developers and gear manufacturers to load models and capture gear.
  2. Pro-tier gear capture including batch training.
  3. Maybe a TONE3000 plugin that lets you load models directly into your DAW?!?
Respond with the features that you'd like to see us build :)

None of this would be possible without your support and the incredible people who built and contributed to ToneHunt, including Dom McSweeney, Scott, Ross, Jon, and especially Pablo Rodriguez, who dedicated over two years of sweat to make this a reality!

Woody and I are incredibly excited to build TONE3000 with you. Please reply with your ideas, bugs and feedback!!!

Longer list of updates:

@staas , can uploading a new model overwrite an existing one? For example, if we wanted to upload an old model in a set with a new one with the same file name.

Tone3000? More like ILOVEYOU3000. Can’t wait to dig into this.

Super easy to do:
  1. Open the tone pack.
  2. Scroll down to "Models."
  3. Tap the three dots next to the model you want to replace > Select "Delete."
  4. Scroll up, tap the three dots next to the Tone Pack name > Select "Add Model."
  5. Upload the new model.

First : many thanks to all ppl who contributed to NAM,ToneHunt, ToneZone3000 ... and now Tone3000 :beer

I just tried my first NAM tone model with success.
I tried several Standard-EPOCH settings.
And got no real improvement over 400 EPOCH.
Tone was an high gain 5150 amp only (digital model).
100 EPOCH ESR: 0.005, 200 EPOCH ESR: 0.0028, 400 EPOCH ESR: 0.0015, 800 EPOCH ESR: 0.0013

So i will probably stick to 400 EPOCHs max for my high gains. Not to over load the service for minimal gain.
That new training signal "sweep" seems to help using less EPOCHs ?

You can also select "Best Fit" in advanced settings, and TONE3000 will automatically stop training when further training time (more epochs) provide diminishing returns.

You can learn more about the feature on our blog: TONE3000: Introducing Best Fit
