Back in the 1970's, a neighbor gave me a top of the line reel to reel with boxes of unused reels.
I learned Hendrix's Hear my Train a Comin' from Rainbow Bridge, Eddie Van Halen's Eruption, Michael Schenker's live solo in Rock Bottom.Heck, I even learned Keith Emerson's or Rick Wakeman's most neatest parts.
Later, I used it to breakdown Rhoads, Malmsteen, Holdsworth, Vai, Satriani, Bratta and Beach.
People used to call me a Xerox Machine and it helped me in all aspects of my playing.
