I LOVE soundtracks. The first two that always come to mind are:

The Lord of the Rings
Howard Shore is a genius, and this soundtrack brings everything to life for me


Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides
If you haven't heard this one go listen to it now. Hans Zimmer and Rodrigo Y Gabriela are an amazing combination! I love the Spanish flavor of a lot of the music and the way it features the guitar.

All the tracks are brilliant, but these are a couple of my favorites
