2203 Fans ... check this out

I've never used or played a 2203 but just came across this video from a really reputable / respected Aussie Amp Builder / Modder.

Although in the Marshall example, it does sound electrical rather than mechanical. Idk.

It’s just the transformers, at least the toobes are the same. That’s what matters.

Do we care where transformers are made anymore?

The issue was likely just an issue with that specific head. I bet a replacement would have been fine.
