The device is super simple to use, just turn them both transmitter and receiver and they automatically lock in. It's a no frills device.
Distance wise, I was able to go about 50ft inside the house (corner to corner basically). It doesn't do work well across exterior walls (it's 5GHz so yeah wasn't expecting much).
The latency is pretty high at around 5.84ms, but this is as advertised ("latency less than 6ms"). By itself probably not a big deal (say in the front on an amp), but in front of a modeler and FRFRs with DSP, it can add it up real quick.
The max input is limited to about 1.4 Vp-p, 507mV RMS/−3.7 dBu before it starts clipping. Neither the manual nor the website lists this information unfortunately.
I will be returning these mainly because of the input range.
