What's the next Helix Stadium SKU you'd like to be released next?

What do you want next?

I thought Stomp XL would be more demanded than regular Stomp, though.

I think Stomp XL used to fill the "i want a small Helix with more buttons" niche very well. At 408 x 240mm (16" x 9.5") the pedal-less Stadium is really not that much bigger than an original Stomp XL - with much better hardware, I/O and integrated power supply.

I think it'd be a decent idea to kinda merge them. Release a Stomp and an additional bar of capacitive switches, done.
Yeah, it makes sense. The mock I saw in another thread, with 4 switches, looked appealing enough for both users. And the less devices, the easier for Line6 to support them.

The only thing I didn't fully buy from the mock is that the 4 switches were in line, which wouldn't work quite right for identifying snapshots/stomps on the screen.

Exactly. Which is why I think a small Stomp is sufficient in case you can easily add some more switches once needed. It's precisely where I'm at. For some smaller gigs just the Stomp is enough, but I'd really like 2 more switches (in addition to the Ampero Switch I already use) for some things, ideally integrated into the ecosystem (as in having LEDs, being capacitive and working exactly like the built in ones). Add a little bit of CPU juice and 2-4 more blocks and that'd make up for a killer device.

I honestly take it for granted. ;)
I can't imagine stadium being released without an editor.
/Business hat on

We've sold many hundreds of thousands of Helix and HX units over the last decade. Clearly we'd love for as many users as possible to upgrade to Stadium, but expecting them to hold onto their old hardware (to export the old presets) while paying for the new hardware is lame—not everyone can afford to keep two flagships around for months. So yes, we need at least a librarian ASAP.

The downside is that early adopters may need to do a *bit* of extra work to transfer their presets over. For example, at launch, we won't have the ability to map your existing library of 128 IRs into Stadium presets; you'll have to manually assign them. (Stadium's file system is much more sophisticated.) As we get closer to the "Fall" date, we'll try to detail exactly what's required to ensure everyone's presets transfer over with the least amount of hassle, so people can A) get their Helix/HX presets ready for transfer and B) if necessary, offload their existing hardware to help pay for the new kid on the block.

I'm lucky for being able to keep my LT when I buy the Stadium, but it's mostly because of the lack of Stadium Native. I'm not sure I want to loose my LT+Native combo until I get the couple upgrade.

I'd instantly buy a small, HX-style Helix Stadium AMP capturing/modeling box capable of pre/power/IR/ambience and with decent headphone, XLR and line-level 1/4" outputs.

More or less a Tonex rival and a level above the Kemper Profile(r) Player that should've been named "Profile Player" for obvious reasons.

What I would like to see is a version of Stadium focused on serving as a primary audio interface, the same way stage models are optimized for shows and practice.
No footswitches, but all the knobs, touchscreen and some additional stuff needed for audio interface use.
That would be an ideal standalone home studio device. Plus, with integrated modeling latency would not be an issue, so the drivers don't need to be RME level, just stable.

Going Tim on myself here…

No… i don’t need to hear the perfectly reasonable and obvious reasons as why it didn’t happened from Line 6… don't rub it in, I’m still hurting!

Hotone Ampero control (4 switches and expression and midi thru) was clearly the best one.
And the cutest and probably most well thought out one goes to JET HX Micro (brilliant device for the stomp)
Morningstar stuff was to costly, and weird.

Being more into hybrid system than full digitals, I'd love to see a new take on the HX FX, even if I don't think it makes sense.
