A bit OT, but what rig are you planning on using? I think it was you who recently commented about becoming disillusioned with modelers...?

My suggestions is a guitar that I'd actually play in other scenarios.



I'd mod it, make the neck pickup work. Love the look.

If it really needs to be over the top, I'd try to find an ESP George Lynch with the tiger finish and maple board.

EVH are on my radar, and a D-tuna would be really useful. I wish they had one that was these finishes, but Kramer Barretta style instead of having the Frankie parts.

Totally disillusioned with modelers. I wish I could say I would be using a 2204 stack, but most likely I’ll still be using some sort of modeler

I’ve never been totally happy with the clean sound on any modeler in to any combination of amplification.

Yeah, I got it back in August. Used it for a few runs of shows so far and it’s been pretty good
