I have an effects loop or phase inverter or something more scarier wrong with the III, the jewel bulb burnt out of the Rectifier and the Mk V footswitch jack is about at a point where it needs replaced. I'm trying to ignore all the signs right now![]()
Everyone always needs another boogie
Shut up and get a Badlander.I have an effects loop or phase inverter or something more scarier wrong with the III, the jewel bulb burnt out of the Rectifier and the Mk V footswitch jack is about at a point where it needs replaced. I'm trying to ignore all the signs right now![]()
Quoting to further enforce the factual nature of this statement.Shut up and get a Badlander.

The manual doesn’t say this, but the manual for the standalone Cab Clone IR does - make sure your IRs are 48KHz:I’m thinking about loading a null IR into the BL25 for capturing purposes. That seems like an obvious and easy way to do it. Any gotchas I should know about?
You can load IRs into your BL25?I’m thinking about loading a null IR into the BL25 for capturing purposes. That seems like an obvious and easy way to do it. Any gotchas I should know about?
Mark VII has it too.You can load IRs into your BL25?
Edit - just researched that and yeah I'm jealous - that would be a very cool addition to the Mar series.
This thread may help? https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/where-can-i-find-a-blank-ir.2245119/Now if I could just hunt down a 48k null IR![]()
Ok I don’t have the Badlander handy to test this but I downloaded a null 96k IR from Strymon, opened a new project in Logic, Set the project’s sample rate to 48k, imported the IR into an audio region, selected “convert file” when it asked if I wanted to convert the project to 96k or the file to 48k, then exported that file as a .wav. Hopefully that works.
IRs are just .wav files, so yeah adding them to a DAW then rendering a new file at 48KHz is how I convert.Ok I don’t have the Badlander handy to test this but I downloaded a null 96k IR from Strymon, opened a new project in Logic, Set the project’s sample rate to 48k, imported the IR into an audio region, selected “convert file” when it asked if I wanted to convert the project to 96k or the file to 48k, then exported that file as a .wav.
