Ezmix has guitar models in it.. might be using the fm3 as an interface

I bought it years ago on black friday.. rarely use it aside from some of the "mastering" presets

I've watched the demos and haven't seen exmix used in context.

Is it a channel strip plugin? You load an instance on every track of your project and pick presets?

The common theme I've heard is that "I bought exmix but never really used it."
It's essentially lots of presets that have very limited tweakability. Whether that's a guitar/bass tone or an effect etc.
This is based on my experience with EZMix 2 which I haven't used for years but it was a good intro to recording tones before I knew how to dial in amp sims properly (i.e. don't run amp gain on full with a distortion pedal running full gain in front of it because more gain=more good 😂)

EZMix is channel mix templates for people who don’t want to learn the tools for audio engineering and would still like to produce music. There are full FX chains for guitar, bass, drums, vocals. IMO most of them sound like ass unless you only use ezmix on your whole mix. It still sounds like ass, but it’s organized ass.
