Interesting!https://neuraldsp.com/news/introducing-neural-capture-version-2
Wow... if that works well, things start to get interesting!!!
YEEEHH
There probably aren’t many people doing captures on a nano anyway.LOL we got QC V2 before we got Kemper 2.0
Wondering if we will get a 50 page shit fit about QC captures moving to computers like when Kemper announced the same thing?
EDIT: Nano can't do V2 captures...it's "under development" lol
Yeah, but now I feel confident that they will add it "soon". They´re doing great with the Nano, IMO.EDIT: Nano can't do V2 captures...it's "under development" lol
The atonal capture signal sounds would drive me crazy!
I already felt like the Tonex V2 capture riffs would haunt my dreams yesterday when I made 17 freakin' captures of my Mark V back to back. Those take about the same time as QC V2 captures I think?

Looking at the rest of the CorOS release notes...there's only one new amp model. Sure, it's a Dumble ODS so pretty significant one, but it doesn't bode too well for the whole TINA thing.
Seems like they doubled down on captures by offering an absolutely massive amount of them instead.

TINA....yeah, we don't talk about TINA.
Well... I do. For me, it´s important to be able to capture in the NC.There probably aren’t many people doing captures on a nano anyway.
Of everything in this update, the MicroPitch is most exciting to me. A long time ago I had a phone call with one of their market research dudes. One of my pieces of feedback was that they needed to up their effects game. He asked for some specifics and dual pitch detune was at the very top of that list. I’m super glad they finally added that.Looking at the rest of the CorOS notes too...
Actually looks like a solid update! Look at the virtual devices:
- Dumble ODS
- 17 new cabs
- Synth
- Eventide Micropitch (!!!)
- 1981 Drive
- New Spring Reverb
I'm not about to complain about NDSP finally giving their "flagship" product priority over their other hardware, like a normal company.EDIT: Nano can't do V2 captures...it's "under development" lol
Oh snap. I hadn't gotten that far yet!Looking at the rest of the CorOS notes too...

Yeah, I would think more people would be using the Nano for profiling, just because it's so portable. That was one of their big selling points though.
Anyways, we have a waiting game between Kemper Player and Nano Cortex to see which company delivers promised updated profiling capabilities first I guess.
