If this was your gear, how would your signal chain go?

Peavey 5150II front

Korg DTR-2000 rack tuner (I plug my wireless into this input)
ISP Decimator ProRackG channel 1
Joyo Wah-II
Mesa Boogie Highwire buffer/boost
Boss NS-2 (used for mute function now that I have the ISP)
Maxon OD808 (I run this in the NS-2 loop. Had it this way before I got the ISP)

FX loop

Mesa Boogie Highwire buffer/boost (a second one)
ISP Decimator ProRackG channel 2
Rocktron Replifex with Hush function off
BBE Sonic Maximizer 362
Maxon AD9 Analog Delay

I have plenty of high quality 30’ Mogami cables to hook everything up. So cables will not be an issue. Currently all pedals are on my pedal board besides the second Highwire. That sits in the back of my rack.

I'd ditch all the noise gates except the one in the fx loop - if the ISP has a key input that uses your guitar signal. If not, leave one up front.

BBE Sonic Maximizer, fuck that shit.

I think that rig is just overcomplicated. How many damn gates do you need? Do you need a mute function from the NS2 when you could just turn your guitar volume down or use a volume pedal? Is there any point to the Highwire in the fx loop?

I would ditch the rack tuner and get a Turbo Tuner pedal. Why use the NS-2 as a mute when you have that function in the Highwire already?
I'd put the way and 808 in the Highwire loop as that's how it's supposed to be used. But you probably don't need a buffer at all using a wireless providing a buffered signal anyway.
BBE would be thrown in the nearest trash can and set on fire.
Personally I'd only use a gate in the loop of the amp, set very lightly so it only kicks in when I turn my guitar volume off.

I don’t use the Boss as a gate. The only reason I use it as a mute is because the Highwire is placed on my board in a spot that’s hard to get to on demand. It’s an easier option to use as a kill switch than a volume pedal or volume knob on the guitar for an immediate cutoff. I use the ISP channel one in front and channel two in the FX loop because that’s how it’s supposed to be for it to serve its intended purpose according to ISP.

The second Highwire in the FX loop is for the long cables I’m using to run the AD9 in the loop from my board. I guess I got it just in case there is any tone loss due to the long cables.

Turbo Tuner by Demonfx? I’ll have to check it out.

And the NS-2 is in a more accessible spot in my board than the Highwire. I guess I like the feedback of a full pedal more than a little clicky knob under my foot.

I was going to run the 808 in the loop of the Highwire once I got suggestions on how to order my signal chain in the front and back of the amp. I haven’t touched my rig in years due to work and just bought some new gear last year. Haven’t had time until now to go through it all and hook up the new gear and take out any old. So nothing in my list is set in stone. Just looking for suggestions on how others would run it if they had what I have.
