I truly don’t have an urge to buy an American Hollowbody. I like the stability and sound that the ply top provides, and I like the larger body/headstock aesthetic compared to the US model - I’m a happy camper with the SE

Here’s my SE after the pickup swap I did last year.

This is my CE DW 24 with Floyd Rose. It is blocked now. D standard with plans to move to B standard.
After a long journey of finding the right pickups I've settled with EMG 81/85. For some reason they work like a charm without any weird spikes in EQ. SD Distortion / Black-winters were in it before, but it was not working the way I wanted, always having a bit scratchy unpleasant spikes in its sound. And I love SD and have those pickups in other guitars

The only thing left from the original are the generic plastic parts (nut is graph tech) and the bridge (bc I lost the aftermarket bridge I bought).

Anyway. As butchered that it is this is my #1. (It's a Tremonti SE from 2010?)
