Seventh New Behringer Pedal Release šŸ˜Ž

It does matter how cheap their stuff is or how good it sounds I'd rather not give behringer or warm audio any of my money.
Iā€™ve not heard a bad sounding Behringer or Warm Audio pedal .
Off now to watch and listen to my Mate Steve Cassidy guitars live YouTube stream .
Heā€™s banging on about Strats now šŸ‘šŸŗ

Warm Audio isnā€™t what I would call cheap.
These two Behringer versions are cheaper.

I don't think stuff sounds bad (and my behringer bashing is inconsistent because I love my X air 18)

I've had a couple of those plastic enclosure pedals, they sounded dead on but they fell apart and broke pretty easy.

My objections are more ethical than anything else... especially like with these Chu-trons

There's something weird going on with Behringer doing this latest run of pedals
that almost exactly matches the run of clones Warm Audio already has done.

I bet these are clones of clones.
Anything that is legal and brings down prices (especially for young/new musicians) sounds GREAT in my book.

Even when they donā€™t like when Marshall copied Fender or when Fender copied Peavey or whenā€¦

I would love for some kind soul to post the 7 new ā€œpremierā€ Behringer pedals here. I think I know of only two or threeā€¦

Oh I missed their univibe. I feel like Iā€™d be scared to gig that TBH but will try to withhold judgement until we hear reports.

Behringer can suffocate to death on 1 billion chodes as far as Iā€™m concerned

And before someone makes another prissy comment about ā€œcircuits always been copiedā€

Yes, they have, hundreds of builders have stolen from Mike. Heā€™s never raised issue til now with the blatant trade dress plagiarism. This is unacceptable. The ā€œaffordable options for younger playersā€ side step is a horse shit cop out and everyone knows it

Competition and the legal use of circuits has always been exciting for consumers. Some people for different reasons.

Some care about ā€œtraditionalā€ winners. Yet, their scope about who copies what is very limited in scope isnā€™t it? Let the courts decide it. Not those with other gripes and ā€œpredispositions.ā€

The the 10 BILLIONTH time this isnā€™t about circuits

No, itā€™s about competition and the legal use of circuits. Thatā€™s it really. Why do you feel the need to act as judge and arbiter?

We have courts for that. What are you trying to accomplish here? Protect ideas? Rail against foreign legal competition? Something else?

What exactly are you ā€œstanding upā€ for here? What are you trying to protect exactly?

Thereā€™s also been affordable sub 100 circuits around for years both designed by beigel and not. Beigel has never raised issue in the past with the numerous copies floating around out there

Thereā€™s some serious with this specific example issues both brought by me multiple times in this thread and in biegals post

ā€œLeave it up to the courtsā€ is also bogus considering itā€™s a multi billion dollar company vs the little guy who came up with this in the first place

Dude I know you arenā€™t this dense. Plagiarism of trade dress as well as Behringer cop opting the history of the circuit in their promotion

See my previous post about how ā€œleaving it up to the courtsā€ isnā€™t really a valid argument given the financial power in the legal realm with one vs the other

How many times do I have to say itā€™s not about the circuit. Are you being purposefully obtuse? Do you work for Behringer?

If our courts and laws are insufficient rail against that. Not the people who operate within the law.

Trade dress is absolutely something that can be defended in court

A multi billion dollar company has a lot more leverage in extending and fighting such lawsuits to the point of bankruptcy for a smaller company to fight it. Iā€™m sure you know this

Thereā€™s been likely hundreds of copies of this circuit over the years that not a soul has taken issue with.

Iā€™m not sure what youā€™re missing here

Do you work for Behringer ? Are you endorsed by them or something?

I do not work for Behringer. My point is that no matter what you thinkā€¦ these matters are legal matters and up to the courts. If it comes down to money thatā€™s a different thing.

Please explain clearly why you MUST take this up on your own and rail against it? Were you done wrong? Have you been screwed personally? What is going on in your head that you want to die on this hill?

I think most know why. Do you?

Trade dress like black and gold? Go after the Marshall theft groupā€¦ start with Friedman and report back.
