Acorn amps were at it as well:
and also:
and also:
I have the smaller Acorn pre, the difference is that the larger variant also has a 10W amp built in, to make the Decade geeks happy. Both likely got C&D letters. Apparently Tony Pepers definitely did, and put it out as the Mage with different graphics. Might explain why Acorn's was redesigned.
Fart into a Decade!Fart and Miku pedals sell. You can sell guitarists anything.
I remember hearing a VTM 60 some years ago, that amp had some serious "flesh-y" thump going on. Could be a wonderful doom/stoner/psych platform for fuzz and boost.
This is the main reason I am interested. As a VTM60 owner, can confirm. It's essentially a way to get "famously modded Marshall" tone for a tiny fraction of the price
The Scorpion speaker is pretty dope. Sheffield was good too as I recall.I have a soft spot for the Bandit growing up during the 80’s. But a large part of the experience were the cabinets and speakers. Not sure how this pedal would recreate that experience. Anyone have some Bandit IR’s?![]()
I've seen many a great player use one live, mostly as a platform for pedals. I used one a few times with a bk tube driver and the tone was awesome.Unpopular opinion but I’d rather see the bandit at a gig backline any day than the deluxe reverb.
I just want that t-shirt. Is this official merch?
I didn't have one, so not sure "nostalgia" is applicable in my case. I wish they'd reissue the Rock Master 120w head. I'd have to get a Rocktron Rampage and/or Silver Dragon, and an ART 442 Dual 15 Band EQ to really lean into the nostalgia, as it was my first "real" rig.
