Nice to see Peavey on the beat with what people want. In theory these could be pretty cool if they actually promise what they're supposed to.

I can practically hear the pots scratching with those knob designs!

I can't believe they made a Bandit pedal lololol
The bandit was a hugely popular amp on the Country genera for a really long time. The amps I had were a take off of the Bandit but were 2x12 amps with their Trans Tube circuitry. They had a ton of options on them. The store that sold me the first one told me to not gig with it for a while. They said take it home and really try out all of the options on it and get to know it before playing live with it. That was very good advice. The amp honestly didn't sound bad, especially for a solid state amp.

Man this is gonna make it tough for Kemper and NDSP users...now when we go looking for Bandit captures, we won't be able to tell if it's the amp or the pedal!

Oh I totally get that. My first loud amp was a solid state Peavey and we gigged Trans Tube stuff no problems. Bandits were great because they sounded decent, were reliable with heavy use, and were super affordable.

I'm just wondering, what on Earth is someone going to run a Bandit pedal through? And why would you want that particular sound over any number of other amps?

Fart and Miku pedals sell. You can sell guitarists anything.
