Opinions on tube amp attenuators

I recently picked up a Waza Tube Amp Expander on a whim, my local GC had a used one that they had been sitting on long enough to knock the price down. Once it dropped, I grabbed it.

Oh, if only I had known a few years ago. My Stiletto Deuce II is now capable of bedroom volume, and I can dime my HDRX 20 without sterilizing myself. And they both sound GOOD. The trick is using the post EQ in the Waza to compensate for Fletcher-Munson.

I found an amp with good master volume redseven duality50. And I put parametric eq in the loop and can now reduce volume that way also along with adjusting the sound.
