if you are talking about the micropitch effect, you can do it with two pitch blocks and pan them. Although the video depicts this, I think it could be better with more mix.Does QC have a dual detune?

I agree. That would be awful. Seriously, fuck these devices that require a phone to edit. Yuck.
As far as I know, now that the Cortex Control computer app is out, there is no need for a phone. I hated that liking shit on a phone and then finding it later. What a convoluted mess. I'll try the micropitch and the cloud stuff once I get my hands on a unit again. Might be a while tho. I'll let the dust settle from the 3.0 fallout first.I agree.
Unless it’s Fractal. Hi Cliff!
I agree.
Unless it’s Fractal. Hi Cliff!
I may be in the minority here, but for metal rhythm guitar I actually prefer Plini to Nolly. The trick with Plini is to turn the bass of the lead amp down and the treble up at the same time, a bit like using a tilt EQ. That way I get a sound that's extremely close to the JVM OD2 Orange channel, with that angry midrange around 1 kHz.Anyone have an opinion on Plini vs Nolly plugins? Mostly for metal.
In the real amp world this is the missing information for dialing in many amps.I may be in the minority here, but for metal rhythm guitar I actually prefer Plini to Nolly. They don’t but they should definitely add one so you can do the EVH Micropitch thingDoes QC have a dual detune?
I don’t think Cliff would do something so stupid. I could see him possibly caving in on the people wanting a touchscreen, maybe. But a device that relies upon on an app that he’s got to submit to Apple for approval every time there’s a change? No way.I agree.

Optional, yes.On the flip side, I’m here for tablet editors. (USB and/or BT) I hope eventually all the top platforms have great on-device UI’s, as well as desktop and tablet editors.
Agreed ,There is so many changes and Fractal known for their rapid fire updates getting approvals would become a large hindrance to that development style fastI don’t think Cliff would do something so stupid. The Minivoicer thing can do something along those lines thoughThey don’t but they should definitely add one so you can do the EVH Micropitch thing

Thanks man. I may get Pliny as my free choice for a plugin since it already is QC compatible (I have Gojira already). Then hopefully by Black Friday Nolly is QC ready.I may be in the minority here, but for metal rhythm guitar I actually prefer Plini to Nolly. Have the effects on the quad cortex gotten better overtime? I know a lot of them were kind of shit at the beginning.
Yes , minivoicer has 4 voice right ?The Minivoicer thing can do something along those lines though
Drip feed!
That'll be one of the drip feeds I'm sure.Man I just want to see a vid with him wailing away with the new PCM Delay , no one has shown that one too much yet
Minivoicer seems to be a harmonizer with no fine tune in cents.Yes , minivoicer has 4 voice right ?
If you put 2 voices +9 And 2 -9
And pan them you should have it
