You saw my comparisons right?? If you turn off the Axe3's boost/pad feature, then it is just as noisy as the QC is.

Stadium slightly beats them both.

I emailed NDSP this week to suggest they implement their own boost/pad feature if they can.

The QC requires a bit more of a firm press than some modern TS’s, but it def falls under the who gives a shit category for me.

I don’t think there’s a significant difference between the QC and QCM PSUs, nor do I think the QC noise floor, such as it is, is a direct consequence of the PSU. That tidbit hit the echo chamber and never found its way out.

I’m second mortgage-averse, so I just use the stock wall wart. Which provides 12V DC and is otherwise out of sight, out of mind.
