Are you capturing these with a real cab load or reactive load?Included in the V2 update :)
AND
What are the chances of having the modelled load changing when you change cabs so they are always matched?

We have used real cab load for the process. Your suggestion is something that we are actively working on implementing in our modeling process. Are you capturing these with a real cab load or reactive load?

Amazing. Very excited to see where this goes, and well done for tackling the big hurdles! We have used real cab load for the process. Your suggestion is something that we are actively working on implementing in our modeling process.
Thanks a lot.
Well I'll be a moose knuckle (or whatever the english saying is to express surprise), I can confirm this. The difference between 800 and 1000e is actually pretty clear on the test I just did. Clear as in "audible when A/B'ing", to be fair, but still.Even as the ESR plateaus during training (around about 600 - 700 epochs), if you're tracking it, you'll see the MRSTFT still improves.
Stopping at 600 - 700 epochs gets you 99% of the juice you can squeeze from the model - going to 1000 might help fine tune the high-end just a little bit more.
Can you share a few hints on what we can expect in terms of hardware?Yes, we are participating NAMM 2025 for our upcoming products both hardware and software.
We will share video updates and hints as we get closer to the NAMM. All I can share at the moment that it will cover the needs of guitarists for live and studio applications just like well established competition. I have mentioned that before in my other posts that we have and have been using flagship devices of the big players for many years just like you all. We are not going to settle for a pedal that we won't be using. Can you share a few hints on what we can expect in terms of hardware?
That's comforting to hear; I've actually been holding out for the right NAM player to come out.We will share video updates and hints as we get closer to the NAMM. Is v2 out yet?All of our amp models are multi-channel parametric captures. We are releasing GigFast Lite V2 tomorrow that includes 4 new parametric multi-channel amps, extremely accurate tuner, wah, chorus, delay and new factory cabs.
About to be submitted to appstore. Is v2 out yet?
I can’t remember but is there plans for gigfast to be available on pc/mac (vst or standalone either is fine)About to be submitted to appstore.
I gave the trial a decent run maybe 5-10 hours on an iPad Air 4th (2020 model). Had maybe one issue that was related to audio interface. Was pretty seamless for me. I was just using the app, not sure what loopy pro is but maybe that had something to do with it?Sorry, but I can't recommend Gigfast Lite to anyone. In fact, I wanted to use it to try out Nam and even paid for it for a month - but on my iPad 10 (and on my newly bought iPhone 16, ok, smallest edition) it used an insane amount of resources and kept crashing as a plugin in Loopy Pro. I couldn't load complex Nam profiles. Sorry, but that's not what I'm paying 44.99 euros for. In fact, that's exactly why I bought a Raspberry Pi, on which opensource plugins run much better and more stable...
It’s not perfect for me but Gigfast Lite works very well in AUM + Eventide TriceraChorus AUv3 in an iPad Mini 6.Sorry, but I can't recommend Gigfast Lite to anyone. Keen to see what hardware you guys are cooking!
Sorry for how it turned out during your usage period. We are here to diagnose and help if you are willing to give a shot again. We are pretty reachable via e-mail, dm's or even through instagram page.Sorry, but I can't recommend Gigfast Lite to anyone. VST, PC version and Android version all will be available in the next update after V2. Version 2 not released yesterday because of some tester feedback we have received and should be available today.I also am a Gigfast fan on M2 iPad Pro, both standalone and in AUM. Few issues , feels like an amp, tweakable and the included amps are great.
I can easily run Complex capture on the M2 iPad and on an M2 Macbook air.
On MACOS I wish it had a VST or AU that would be loaded into BlueCat Patchwork.
Mac stand alone and AUv3 was available from the first release. I have to add that if you own or have subscription of GigFast Lite in iOS or Mac it will work on both platforms without device count limitations as long as you are using the same Apple ID.I can’t remember but is there plans for gigfast to be available on pc/mac (vst or standalone either is fine)

That’s probably why I didn’t notice it, pc guy hereMac stand alone and AUv3 was available from the first release. sorry for being a little too aggressive - I think I was a bit of a "disappointed lover". When I first tried Gigfast, I thought it was great. And then it didn't work for me... I'll definitely try the new version again!Sorry for how it turned out during your usage period. We are here to diagnose and help if you are willing to give a shot again.
