This loads NAM and IRs in ios.

Bought it and tried today on a 7th gen iPad, using a Motu M2 with the Apple Camera kit. Loaded some CCV and Brown sound NAM captures from @2dor and @Slammin Mofo respectively and sounded awesome. May look for a small interface for iOS again

Has anyone / does anyone use a pedal sized interface for this kind of thing? I see this Teisco one is pretty reasonable but not sure if there's some drawback on latency or something I'm missing vs a portable interface?

Ironically the IK iRig Stomp with an ipad running gigrig lite would be an awesome little setup for its built in interface, ipad holder and switches all built into one. NAM running on ios just opens up the door for more pedalboard options.

I had never seen the bottom docking station.
Ironically , i will guess that your likely looking at what will be the ToneX Live or Pro board
Just remove the iPad and make that whole top block a touch screen and controls and voila

Thanks a lot. We kindly recommend spending some time with built in amps as well. We are looking forward to hearing your feedbacks.

Will do. Do you have more info on what the built amps are based on (or inspired by)?

Congrats on the release, it’s truly a milestone achievement to get NAM into the hands of many more people in a portable and modern rig and at an affordable price. Looking forward to trying it (i’m more of a plugin user) but I can imagine for a lot of people this will be a no-brainer solution for NAM on the go.

Thanks a lot, GigFast Lite is a no compromise AUv3 plugin and macOS compatible app as well. We are just waiting for mac appstore confirmation to release it.

Congrats, ArteraDSP!

Some years ago I tried to use captures (Mooer) in my old iPad Mini 2. It was ok as long as you had a simple signal chain... Otherwise you needed a more powerful iPad. Besides, stability was not too reliable.

Now, your software opens up a higher quality system (NAM). If iPad power is able to run this, along with other plugins to complete a full signal chain, this is a win.

And, if you managed to bring this to Android... Almost perfect.

Then the only thing missing in NAM world would be normalizing gain of captures.

Side note, not related to ArteraDSP, but to profiling platforms (I know I'm going to derail too much the target of the post, but anyway...): if one wants to capture his own amps to make them a portable and travel gigging option, NAM is great. But if one wants to play different amps, based on profiles... I find really difficult to beat the immense offer of highest quality profiles that kemper ecosystem has been stacking for years and years. So for NAM to be an option in that use case, I thing is crucial to normalize input gain and let the profiles (free or paid) be reliably available to avoid guessing.

Now, please excuse me for this brick post.

@Sedaxel "So for NAM to be an option in that use case, I thing is crucial to normalize input gain and let the profiles (free or paid) be reliably available to avoid guessing. "

That will only be possible if everyone would use the same hardware for reamping (or list their dBu levels)
