While healing from surgery I managed to trade my Lynx and a guitar and I think I now have all the amps on my list.

With the z9 foot switch.

I can’t move it yet or play much yet but so far the 2 lead channels sound amazing and the cab really goes well with the amp. I got it yesterday and should be able to restack everything in a few weeks and then have it on the switcher and add that 2x12 to the mix.

Amp seems amazing as well, almost too feature packed!

A) Yes! Was shocked it showed local and still shocked it’s sitting in my living room.

B) the Lynx is a great amp that really just made this trade work so… It’s a beast of an amp and has its own sound that can get a recto sort of sound to something else entirely. Ton of gain, boost for sculpting only. The noise gate is the best built in I have used. The SE/FE gate makes me miss it in comparison.

I have a Mesa slant vert only to compare it too and not sure yet how the 2 different rooms effect the sound (Mesa in my office Engl in living room with20’ ceiling) but right now the Engl is delivering a massive, tight, and percussive sound that feels closer to my Bogner 4x12 for sure.

Lynx was brand new with maybe an hour on it, I got it the day before I went to the hospital so it had very little play time on it. Guitar was an LTD Evertune Arrow with the case. He wanted to downsize so the Lynx was on his radar.
