I'm mostly done:
This is my desk/recording corner.
The amp shelf is on wheels and can move under the right side of the desk when not in use.
The pedal board goes under the drawer on the right.
The FX rack on the left waits for a power strip and a patch bay.
And yeah, music is kinda my job.
I teach guitar and play for money.
Music is kinda my only hobby, too.
I don't have expensive things outside of music.
Some of the gear is tools, some of the gear is fun.
And most of the gear was second hand and none of the gear was bought on credit.
I get that this topic is an incredibly "first world problem", to use that nasty term.
I try to do act sustainably, buy used, buy repairable, and repair stuff, whenever feasibly, even if it might less costly to add to the landfill at times.
I am privileged to have been able to spare money for all this shit.
I am fortunate to have tools to chose from to express myself.
There is no right life in the wrong one.
