At one point I had FM3, Helix Floor and QC at the same time. The intention was to A/B/C them and pick the best one. All of them have pros and cons but for me the FM3 won. It has since been upgraded to an Axe-Fx 3.

I recently picked up a Strymon Iridium as a simpler, smaller option. Of course, as you can see from my thread about it I have put it against the Axe-Fx 3 and found it quite satisfying. So I will just end up using either on a case by case basis. The A/B stops there as I have verified I'm getting things I like from both units.

Only have the helix right now. A while back I bought an AX8 to compare them but decided to keep the helix.

I had the Helix & FM3, the Helix won due to Poly Capo being better at the time. (No lionger need in current band)
I later did HXFX + FM3 (like the more Amp Choices in the FM3)
Then the QC booted the FM3 & later the FM9 Turbo came in & couldn't boot the QC

They all sound great. It really comes down to use case.
For me the QC is so much more compact then the FM9.
That and I sometimes want to run one of my Amps at Practice, so the QC can be copies of my Amps & a Virtual Capture of my Pedalboard + a few Pedal Models in there too. Granted again, I'm a low FX guy

I AB’d my HX Stomp and Vox Stomplab when I first got the Stomp. They were night and day, but not for the reasons expected. The differences in preamps were much less significant than the difference between the cabs, effects and overall responsiveness (“feeeeel”).

After that first day though, I never AB’d again.

These days I still use the Klon model in the Stomplab, because despite being different, it sounds great. Combining that with the Stomp’s Klon model slays.

I recently traded my FM9 - before that, I had an FM3 for a while and had a Tier 1 preorder for the QC.

All of these units are now gone, having A/B'd them against the Helix quite extensively and finding that I could get great tones out of all 3 units, but the Helix had the workflow that suits me best (especially with Helix Native too).

This has left me with a Helix LT, an HX Stomp XL, and a Stormtrooper white HX Stomp, which I've now paired with a Tonex.

I'm actually considering selling my LT and Stomp XL, simply because I don't use them anywhere near as much as my regular HX Stomp, and they "live" in the same room where my "studio" is where I now find using my M1 Macbook with plugins more convenient.

I’m an equal opportunity fan boy here. I own or have owned many of them. So far, the Axe-FX, Helix, and TONEX (currently) are the ones that have remained.

Pretty much the same progression for me. Nowadays i have a HX Stomp XL as my main unit, and a Stomptrooper as a backup (it's so pretty).

Yes, I currently have the Axe FX 3 and an HX Stomp.

I used to A/B but I don't anymore.

I prefer the Axe 3 for sound, feel, and flexibility, but I use the Stomp a lot for building fun rigs and with pedals.

I need to add that I’ve yet to have the opportunity to audition a Quad Cortex. Still haven’t witnessed flying pigs, so I’m not sure when that’ll happen.

I'm not sure I can qualify the Two Notes Revolt as a modeler, but the analog presets are designed after specific amps. Kemper is still my digital unit of choice.
