I love zakk with all my black heart....I just can't agree.....but I still got love for y'allZakk was Ozzy’s best guitar player.
Yeah, when I'm listening to the Ultimate Sin, I can't quite enjoy Jake's awesome playing because of the Prince of Cocaine abuse wearing weird, gaudy jackets and frosted hair.I’ll give you the first 3. Then he entered his Golden Girls era. Then zakk …
I love Load and Reload, there are some great tracks on those albums - in my opinion Metallica's only stinker was St. Anger. That was a hot mess.
Thing is, who wants to listen to 2x4 or worse yet, Lulu instead of listening to Orion or Damage Inc?
I know this is an unpopular take, but I like all eras/iterations of Metallica.
I love the old thrash Metallica as much as anyone. But I also love proggy symphonic metal Metallica, pop metal Metallica, grunge Metallica, therapy Metallica, and reborn Metallica just as much.
As great as the old thrash stuff was I also really dig the deep southern rock groove stuff from the ‘90s!
Some people expect Hetfield to stay in one narrow lane his whole life and do nothing but old school thrash, but the guy obviously has much more diverse musical tastes and isn’t going to let anyone force him into a box. I think it’s been cool to see all of those influences through their music over the years. It’s made them a fun band to follow
Fine with me! I agree.I know this is an unpopular take, but I like all eras/iterations of Metallica.

Alright then, you're so wrong about whatever you say next, so go fuck yourself.
Unreasonable discourse drives engagement!!!!!
We need divisiveness!!!!!
That's the spirit!!!!Alright then, you're so wrong about whatever you say next, so go fuck yourself.
It would be cool if they re-released Death Magnetic with a new mix/master. Maybe for the 20th anniversary. Can you believe that came out over 15 years ago!?!
The only thing I dislike is the inane arrangements, which I'll blame Lars for. I don't mind it on Puppets and Justice, but after that, fuck off with 99% of the long songs.I know this is an unpopular take, but I like all eras/iterations of Metallica.

I like all of those records, but frankly, Ozzy didn't really reach peak "Ozzy" until the first six solo records.
