Is it the ++? I think I saw @LCW has one maybe?Just saw a brand new Mesa ad in my instagram a bowl of cereal sitting on top of what appears to be a Mark w blue Led looks like maybe a James Hetfield amp ?
It new looks like but knowing Gibson Limited editionI was reading someone's description on an og IIC+ with the ++ mod, and he said Mesa only did 5 of those, by adding a Pull function to an unlabeled knob, making them unobtanium-rare amps. It's for sale for I think it was $33,000! Comes with a period-correct cab though.![]()

A pull-boost knob.So what's the difference with this to the regular one?
More gain, more aggression as far as I'm aware. So what's the difference with this to the regular one?
An extra ‘+’So what's the difference with this to the regular one?
It sounds like one of those things that should've been a toggle switch in the back of the IIC reissue. Or a feature on the MK VII ch3.what is most interesting to me is WHY they have 3 competing amps. While I like the option to have 3 of them, from product perspective is a bit messy. I have a M VII and the 2 new models are not something I would instantly jump on. I understand the reissue and ++ can be valuable for somebody for what it does, but in grand schema of things is not that attractive. As a Mark owner I'd rather buy something else
