I fear the inevitable Nu Metal question will soon be asked... Vanilla Ice or Crazy Town?
What about Milli Vanilli?

Wait, this is NOT George Lynch?!?!Dokken or Ratt?Hair metal version; same question.
Metallica for me.
I’ve tried countless times to get into Megadeth over the years but Dave’s voice sounds like a sniveling teenager most of the time and I’ve never had a hook from a Megadeth tune stuck in my head.
One of the worst singers ever. Megadeth and Exodus - both among the originators of Thrash, absolutely brilliant instrumentally, but tragically ruined by abysmal vocals.Metallica for me.

It is a masterpiece. But so is:
Ugh, Exodus vocals. UGGGGHHHHH!!!One of the worst singers ever. Megadeth and Exodus - both among the originators of Thrash, absolutely brilliant instrumentally, but tragically ruined by abysmal vocals.
I LOVE me some Exodus. Usually because of guitar work. I always scratch my head when people complain about vocalists over this particular type of music. You aren't putting operatic trad metal vocals over it because they wouldn't fit. Neither would death metal vocals. What kind of vocal do you expect on top of thrash other than thrash vocals?Exodus![]()
Man, I love those tunes! I have no idea how Chris Poland pulled that stuff off being on all those extracurricular substances.Ya'll act like you haven't heard the Conjuring or Black Friday before![]()

I'm specifically talking about Baloff. Don't know if there was another singer.I LOVE me some Exodus. Usually because of guitar work. Tough call between Peace Sells... and Rust in Peace (how did I not realize until now that both albums have "Peace" in the title?)... but my fave is Rust in Peace.
Metallica gets my vote overall. I love it all except Lulu and St Anger.
Well, there are a lot of great Thrash vocalists. Mustaine, Ballof and Zetro are not among them.I LOVE me some Exodus. Usually because of guitar work.
