Building new preset, choosing amp first, switch on right says Add Cabnet but it doesn't seem to do anything. Tried switching it either way and it never populates signal path with cab.
Am I missing something?

Do you have the amp>cab link switched on in the cab block focus view? I don't know if you have to have that on, but try turning that on to see if it helps if you don't already have it on.

Not bad. I still feel like Agoura is missing a bit of top end energy compared to the real amp in this comparison, but it’s not the worst.

On the other hand, it's sure to bring a dumbass Leo Jabroni video of null testing a badly-dialed in tone on the real amp with him passive-agressively throwing shade at how much work it took to get Stadium to match it.

Yeah. While y'all were bickering, Line 6 globally launched the non-XL (a.k.a. Helix Stadium Floor) this week, and it's already shipping. I see it listed in stock in a number of retailers.

Hoping to get mine soon

Well, there's that, lol. Fortunately when push comes to shove I'm primarily concerned with how well Stadium meets my needs. I'd like everyone to be happy with it of course, but that ain't going to happen. OG Helix had its detractors for a decade, I'm afraid we're just getting warmed up, and the better Stadium becomes, the more animated the discussion will become.

Same boat. I've never let online groupthink, trolls or even my own past words (that I've had to eat) keep from checking out a piece of equipment I'm genuinely interested in. That's been an expensive way to go, of course, but you only live once and this is my main pasttime.

It works now that I’m back at it an hour or so later. When I first made the preset I had the switch off and when I went to look at what cab it added, and found none, I tested the sound and it definitely had no cab so deleted the amp block and tried after switching the ‘add cab’ switch but it still didn’t add one. So I moved on, added the cab and got back playing.

So my best guess is user malfunction and not deleting whole preset to check it. But followed by powering off and upon restart making new preset all is well.

It’s been almost a year since I had the OG Helix so my memory is what it is but the new modeling is definitely great. I can say, having a lot of recent hours with FM3 Turbo mkII, Stadium is going strong so far, certainly sounds just as convincing and satisfying. Only made presets with the HiWatt 100, Deluxe Reverb and AC30 so far and all are sounding great. No regrets, no worries I’ll be sending it back. The addition of the touch screen and the overall user interface is remarkable how much it makes it a joy to use. It wins big time in that regard.
The Stadium floor model is a perfect size for me. Works well on a desk or the floor.

Looking forward to the next chapters of this adventure for sure!
