Well, a lot of Jam Band guys like to play barefoot, so I guess they could use a toe!

Steven Wilson (the greatest prog rock musician of the last 25 years.......just ask him) performs barefoot too.

I get this when the app is 1.1 and the fw is 1.2. Verify that you haven't reinstalled 1.1 app by accident. If the 1.1 installer is still mounted on a mac, opening the 1.2 dmg for installation will install the already mounted 1.1 image. This is a mac thing if I recall... Open a finder window and verify that there are no installers already mounted before mounting the 1.2 installer.

I looked and didn't see a 1.1 or installer running. I guess it's possible?

Though I'm sure the version I was using to import the presets was 1.2 as I was specifically looking for the Showcase icon to confirm I was up to date.

I tried importing a couple of presets that were posted in this thread. From @mikah912 i think?

Both imported completely empty. I redid the Mesa one after redownloading and it was ok. The 80s prest i justreimported and it was ok.

Any one else get this?

They do make 2-Axis pedals - Or, you would have to have something driving one axis, LFO or whatever, while you controlled the other one with a foot pedal.

Oh, I agree completely. I don't play barefoot in my own home, let alone some random dive, and I don't like the idea of a touch screen on a floor device. The touch interface needs to be remote on an iDevice or Android thingy to make much sense.

1) I have indoor/home shoes and outdoor/public restroom shoes. I change them when leaving the house or returning. No dirty shoes allowed in the house, but I still don’t walk around barefoot for comfort/ergonomics reasons.

2) I don’t want to walk in other people’s piss and shit in my bare feet, hence the wonderful invention called shoes. I REALLY don’t want to walk in piss and shit in bare feet and then use them to touch screens and switches I will later touch with my hands.

Foot switches = for feet - may be contaminated with shit and piss
Touch screen = for hands - should remain sanitary (clean hands only)

I don’t wear my shoes in my house for that reason lmao

I am barefoot all the time, including outdoors, just not in public places

Fair enough. Indoor shoes/slippers works if you live somewhere cold, but I couldn’t do it where I live. I’m barefoot at home 100% of the time. And I can’t imagine any shoe being more comfortable or ergonomic than bare feet

Agree, can't image better shoes than no shoes.

At home I'm barefoot in the warm seasons and add wool socks in the cold one.

Over here in Finland nobody wears anything but maybe slippers inside any private residences. People are in socks, or barefoot at home.

Still, I certainly would not go barefoot on stage. Damn hippies!
