Line 6 Helix Stadium Pre-Launch Discussion

I guess I I am simple
I just want to hear the 800 opened up with SD1 in front and some big chords

Also where is the clip of the day

I listen to a lot of modern prog and prog metal, but ultimately...I'm an 80s baby, and I want to hear what you describe above too.

But I'm being patient, and I know I can great sounds on that front from the HX 2203, BE100, SLO and Bogner Ecstasy already. SO having Agoura versions of all of those except the Friedman on day one, puts me at ease even without "sonic proof".

Still, I need ONE clip of the JCM800 with a SD1 in front and a plate reverb behind playing some 80s-style riffs with a pinch harmonic or two slipped in.

Not sure why the typical Thursday drop is late, but that's on their marketing department. This stuff should be scheduled well in advance.

I miss the modeller wars 🥲

The thing people really don’t realize about The Modeler Wars is that it was never really about the modelers at all…

So will there be any in the stores? Or all the preorders have filled out this production batch ?

Ohh just saw this --->

  • You can find the Helix Stadium on various retailer sites, such as Sweetwater and Long & McQuade.

What, no Worship Tutorials Vox preset with delay and Ganymede reverb slathered all over it?! Ah well.

They've definitely proven the dynamic and responsiveness chops of Agoura are there. Now, it's time to start hearing the balls and fury.
Yep I like the dynamics shown on the Plex , Essex and Double black , but a couple more rockers would be welcome
Some one asked about the Metal at TGP and DI said he just gave a thumbs up on one
So maybe we will get Igor in the Revv red soon

For realz. Makes me realize how used I've gotten to the "clean" tone demos with heaps of compression, cloud reverbs and lushy delays.

These models sound great. Whoever's in charge (hi Paul Hindmarsh!) is nailing it.
