What in the absolute hell is wrong with you, man?
Because TB2. He's like the homeless guy talking to himself on the side of the road saying random things that may or may not be coherent but nobody is listening but you kinda just let him do his thing cuz he's harmless and also when you stare into the abyss you realize we're all a little TB2 on the inside.
Ok but then why a new product with all agora in a year?I know this as they have stated it. And from past updates they will have around 10 yrs to do it so I am sure no rush from them and that’s why they have all the old helix stuff in there. To pad the expansion
Why not?Ok but then why a new product with all agora in a year?
One reason would be they've invested God knows how much to bring stadium to market. To only then go "oh well here's this new massive project/genuinely new product a year later" would be such a bizarre use of resources. Why not?
Regarding ‘why not wait’, a new device like this isn’t just about the core tones. The stadium has lots of other benefits in other areas compared to the existing unit (backing tracks, auditioning, hype knob, focus view etc). As a company, they will have had lots of internal debates as to when to launch - with a platform that is easy to remotely update and has the historic evidence of ‘we will for sure keep making this thing better for free’ like they did with the original Helix, they can safely launch at the point where it’s attractive enough to make enough people want it ‘as it is now’ with the excitement of years of cool free extras. I’m a good example - what they’re showing so far has been enough for me to move from a platform I’ve been happy with and preorder an XL so their internal focus groups worked in my case! Why not?
Why not?
Damn you're rightWhy not?
Why even?Why not?
I think Tim is an agent of chaos, he likes tossing a firecracker in the chicken coop and watching the world burn

I wasn’t knocking him haha I love itEhh, he's more of a fun character to interact with when less momentous discussions aren't happening, and those kinds of cats are part of the secret recipe that makes this place work.
Yes, but not at launch.Since no-one directly replied and I’m not digging through here….
CAN WE USE THE SIDECHAIN FEATURE TO DYNAMICALLY CONTROL STUFF BESIDES DYNAMICS PROCESSORS?
I will revisit when that feature is available.Yes, but not at launch.
What would you like or expect sidechain to do?I will revisit when that feature is available.
