Line 6 do tend to keep pretty good secrets sometimes
Perhaps the pictures on FB showing final QC were actually not the first batch

Well idk about keeping secret the launch of your next gen flagship product

I am guessing but I suspect retailers had some stock but were told not to ship
Until Line6 got things in order and they were given a green light in later November

Here I was going to give Line 6 props for the stealthy green light. Looks like it surprised them as much as me maybe. Wonder if the impact is going to be 1.2 not available right away. That's the only reason I can see to leave stock sitting on shelves when you have buyers teed up.

I mean, it still hasnt officially been released

I emailed my sweetwater guy yesterday. He called and told me they are expecting a large shipment in two weeks. My preorder is in the first batch.

Interestingly my MF preorder changed from back ordered to Processing this morning. I haven’t been charged yet so who knows what will happen, but it suggests something is happening. Which is a big surprise since I didn’t preorder until August.

I guess it was a false alarm for my order. Annoyingly, the MF website says different things depending on whether using a mobile browser or desktop browser. Mobile says processing, desktop says backordered??? How hard is it to have them both give the same answer?

It's possible to issue a tracking number long before an item ships, or even before the item is in stock.

I could see GC/MF accidentally shipping them out when they were supposed to wait until the 18th or some such.

I wouldn't be shocked if some get them Wednesday. Kinda like how some retailers sell video game consoles/games too early. Usually a huge legal issue
