There are a kabillion smart phone screen protectors that don’t impede touch screen use at all that I’m sure will be available for those paranoid about perfectly thrown beer bottles.

Just that none of them will help at all with the impact of a thrown beer bottle. Or a falling mic stand (a lot more likely).

This feels a bit like the IIC+ reissue release in that there seems to be some kind of anti-chugging force field around this thing that will apparently undo the universe if we get a decent god damn high gain clip.

I’m sure that gets rectified () in time but I want it now.

While I've wait, I've realized that the 4x12 Cartographer (C90/Eminence Governor) is an amazing high gain cab, and I've been dialing the existing REVV Purple channel to perfection on it. I might even prefer it slightly to the Badonk, which is high praise.

I like that they dialed in a few tones in real time. I was not particularly impressed with the EVH tone that they dialed in, but that has more to do with the choices they made effects wise rather than representing limitations of the unit. The onboard cab / mic combinations sound very good.

it's a useless demo, but after all, there's no reason why high gain amps should sound worse than the fantastic sounding low gain ones we've already heard

I though since adding the 18 amp models we may have seen a few more matching cabs like Bogner / 5153 especially with the new impedance

We don't all get to play posh $10,000 golf course gigs!!! I have only experienced empty bottles being used as projectiles, and none aimed at me. I struggle enough at guitar playing, I can't simultaneously act as a marriage counselor and anger management counselor while also playing. Shit, I still can't really sing and play at the same time except for super simple stuff!

Obviously, you should have automated your whole show with your modeler, in-ears, eDrum set, and sweet sweet Windows app, so you can just stand there in riot gear while you play!

This is fair - I’ve gone there in traditional pedal boards when needing to turn on delay and fuzz at the same time whilst still having one foot on the floor. This is why it’s so disappointing that Showcase is late - I avoided putting delay on at a 40th birthday party one time purely because my trousers were too tight.

I’m just catching up on promo videos now. About halfway through this one and it is mind-blowing. I thought wanted a Stadium before but I’m downright GASsy now.
