I find it interesting that the Mk1 can still play the "new" profile format. Makes me wonder what the new profiles truly are that they can be reverted to a lower quality?

I think that Kemper has every right to claim some accolades on being the first device using a profile (capture). It is reasonable to assume that your Tonex would not have ever materialized without Kemper.

I tend to agree. But I struggle to see the relevance of this for your pov in the discussion.

First try with Logic's renewed stem splitter, seems ok-ish-ly (it's a sum of all guitars, though):


If you want the bass (which is important for the overall guitar sound as well IMO), let me know.

Then fucking do so. Or go back straight to TOP because that's where you fit just fine. People never gigging trying to educate people gigging all the time about issues related to gigging. Way to go!

I think basically everybody is right and nobody is wrong so some prefer that some prefer that some guys don’t gig some guys do so everybody’s gonna have a different level of needs.. no need to like get overworked about this as I think it’s a good thing that Kemper is doing something to their units to evolve them somehow maybe not in the display like some people want but I’m sure that will maybe come down the road in another unit, but in general, it’s always good when a company updates their current system for people that already use it
