Is anyone here a guitar tech or has decent hobby tech skills in Gdansk, Poland?

We bought a guitar for someone there who was having to switch from right to left hand guitar because of nerve damage, and needs some setup help.

This video shows the issue, he has another guitar that had some high action that needed fixing too. These are pretty basic fixes but his nerves in his hands are pretty bad, not sure he can do it, and we'd feel better if he met and started a relationship with a tech minded person there anyway
