I pulled out the Axiom PAE-1.

I haven't really been using pedals much lately but since I started messing with the Tonex One, I figured that I'd try it with the PAE-1. Man, I love this pedal. It wakes up a modeler. I even use it in the loop of a normal amp to get that cranked power amp tone even when I can't crank it. You gotta try one out if you can get your hands on one. There's a waiting list.

Came for the PAE-1; stayed for the cosy slipper vibes :-)

Definitely sounds more delicious with the PAE-1 engaged. Bet it feels better too.

I’ve been looking like a solution such as this for years. Just got on the waiting list for a PAE-2. Thank you!

You’re gonna love it.

On the video go to 20 seconds and then back to the beginning. That shows what’s missing without it.

That’s the superb iPhone 11 microphone. I’ll try to get a better video direct into the computer next.

I am super excited about this item and can’t thank you enough for sharing your thoughts and video about it.

How do I give 100 likes @DrewJD82 ?

There’s a pdf of sample settings that will get you started. It looks like the link for it on the site goes to the user manual though. I’ll attach it here.

Got on the list! 30 week wait. But they have a random drawing every month and that lucky person gets moved to the top of the list.

I like that and it seems like a cool thing to do to keep things interesting. I’m seriously excited about getting this product.

Tried something similar with the Nux Solid Studio but it didn’t live up to my expectations.

Jeez it's nice to hear someone else playing a PAE besides myself. :)

By the way, the PAE has evolved over time and I've updated that "sample settings" chart... I just haven't posted it yet because I want to double check it some more. The PAE-1 can still get most of the same sounds as the PAE-2 (minus the Presence and Resonance controls) but the dials might land in a different spot.

Hey, buddy. Nice to see you here! 😄

Welcome kind Sir!

Just discovering the PAE pedals, VERY cool stuff. I’m using a direct Tonex capture of my Mesa Mark III simul class power amp for some direct stuff but definitely would love to compare with the PAE-1.
