Me too. My thing was the difference in how a close-mic'd cab truly sounds. I didn't like that "fizz," and I did adapt some high cuts to tame it. But played at volume, and it just sounds friggin awesome.I feel the same @TSJMajesty!
It took a long time to get there, and there was A LOT of tweaking for many months
As for me When I first got the FM9 was a lot of exploring but im pretty sure i now know what works, that being said there is tweaking involved because of the songs I chose to do have such wide variety of tones, there will always be tweaking, but my 2nd preset for my current song came in really quick (much faster than id have to tweak my Helix) No disrespect intended
My Next ones will also be very diverse but I cant say that i hate tweaking my FM9
as you see the tones are quite varied
