tried to find a "post your rig" or "New member intro" sub forum, but couldn't See one. If there's a specific thread, mods feel free to move to somewhere appropriate 👍

I guess I'll know some of you from FB groups, so you'll prob have seen these before. I'm more into amps these days so picked the amp sub forum as the place yo say hello.

But my complete rig is the board with a mimiq at the end feeding 2 amps, amps feed load boxes, lineouts from the amps feeding a Boss Core for wet FX, brought together in Reaper with Wall of Sound for IRs (soon to be whatever the new software is from 2N), which gives me a WDDW thing.

Totally over the top for my needs, but I have fun with it.

Thanks folks 🤘

Welcome, brother!

Man, I want to play one of those Kotzen Tele’s so bad. I’ve yet to see one in person. And that Axis is SWEET!!!!

I got that one years ago before they were officially exported outside of Japan, a shop near me Specialised in grey imports. They had the surf green one as well, and sometimes I wish I'd bought it, but this one sounded best on the day.

It's also, luckily, signed. Ritchie did a store day when he was in town for a show.

I was lucky with the Axis too. It's very early, body stamped Dec 96 and SN listed as jan 97. Even has the Gotoh 1988T instead of the 1996T.

Nice! I have that same little USB guitar. haha

Was it the wife? 🙂

Bacchus!!!!!! I've got what I think is a handmade series G-studio (HSS, 6-screw trem) in black oil finish with a super flamey neck that is fantastic. Good thing its fantastic because I'm pretty sure I'll never find a buyer for it in the US: "what's a Bacchus?"

Great guitar. Massive neck profile. Rivals a 50's Gibson profile when it come to the girth and chunkiness.

Not really a Tele to me, though. Which is probably a great thing for some.

I believe he has a sig Strat, too, but I have not owned/played one. Ritchie is a BEAST!

This is a craft series where the basic wood cutting Is done in their Indonesian shop then sent to japan for the main work.

They didn't do a handmade series version of this, but then again the practice isn't unusual on a lot of guitars called MIJ.

Anyway, it's my number one 🤘

The wood is Acacia, but from the patterning, I'm Nearly sure its Australian Blackwood, which is a type of Acacia (so is Koa). Its just a natural oil finish, but Bacchus do some gorgeous oil finishes of different colours.

Bacchus have a higher profile in Europe, and we have a few dealers, but still relatively under the radar. Theres so many cool Domestic japanese brands you virtually never see abroad.

Even established brands have Domestic japanese lines. Schecter used to have some awesome stuff that was effectively like the diamond series never happened.

His sig strats are real nice too, have they been made available outside Japan yet as well?
