Today is preorder day iirc. I tend to order through GC just because they have a brick/mortar near me which streamlines returns a good bit. But I haven't seen a preorder link on their site yet. The only other thing I've ever preordered was a Suhr PT-15 RLIR which was one of my top 5 relatively spendy GAS surrenders ever. Guess I'll check back later.

It seems to be available online now. I was considering doing the same thing because I have a nearby GC in a state with no sales tax and it also makes returns much easier if needed. However, It doesn't look like it allows in store pickups as an option for pre-orders. I think I'm just going to wait until it's in stock for pick up instead, even if it ends up getting back ordered.

I've probably worn my helix shirt a few times a month for the last couple years now.
The only person to ever comment was a girl.

Girl: Nice shirt!
Me: You know what it is!?
Girl: Yeah

This reminded me of a similar story a friend told me. He was wearing a t-shirt with Portal's Aperture Science logo, and some guy told him:

-The cake is a lie
-What?
-You don't deserve wearing that t-shirt.

I’ve been googling and reading and trying to figure this out - I concede. How do you get out of snapshot mode on the Helix Rack without a controller? I’m not using that mode until/unless I get a controller, so I don’t want to look at that little camera icon lol

Press the presets button, turn knob 5.

Press the presets button, turn knob 5.

That only lets me change what snapshot I’m using, it ranges from 1-8 without an option to turn off snapshot mode
