I'd like to hear the reason.My Guitar Bucketlist works in reverse. To never again own or play a PRS or a Gibson.

Similar goldtop story. 1994, I was in college, an local (older pro) guitar player friend had a '54 refin for sale. He wanted $1400 for it. I played it and wasn't into it. In retrospect I obviously wish I'd bought it, but financial circumstances probably would have forced me to sell it a half dozen times between then and now.I was offered a 56 in 99 for £4K and I said no

I'm mostly interested in revisiting guitars I owned in the past. I had a '92 Les Paul Custom 3-pickup "pre-historic" that I really loved.

Irrational and baseless prejudice.
Seriously, I have owned plenty of both. Still have 2 Core PRS models, and had
3 nice Gibsons until this past year. Just other builders/brands I jive with, and
that make equally great (if not subjectively better) guitars.

Yeah, I sold a ton of gear 20 years ago for a down payment on a house. I saw some old videos of us playing and got the itch to find another one. Haven't found a good one yet.

Well selling them away did you real good. You were able to get a house just because of those gears.
