I feel like I must be missing part of some history that went down over there in the other place with fractal?
I have posted vp4 things recently in vp4 thread there without any issues it seems.

I didn’t start actively posting there until late 2019/2020 and it seemed to already be in the water then, but there was a large “We’re sick of hearing about your fucking Fractal” sentiment over there, which grew considerably around the launch of the Quad Cortex. While there were certainly some forum childishness being tossed around all sides, a large amount of Fractal owners/enthusiasts were perma-banned. That was all around that same time they banned Cliff when he asked openly why the mods weren’t doing anything about a known alt who was hellbent on stalking him and/or posting the Mt. Stupid Dunning Kruger meme. That was fucking hilarious.

They were sick of it when we were posting about the AxeFX back in 2007-2008 timeframe - it just built up more over time and IIRC Cliff setup the Fractal Forum around 2010 when I originally joined. The groans were reaching a higher level by that point or just passive aggressive, "Yeah, but I can still tell it's not real " type of comments.
The hilarious thing is Scott P and Mike were , and I believe still are , big adopters of Fractal.

I think I've programmed my MIDI Cap'n to my liking (for now at least -- there are some bugs about the device that I wont bother to go into here). So far I have just two pages of footswitches.

Scott is still a hardcore Fractal guy, and used to post frequently in the Axe FX threads. Then he started posting less and less. I think the serious “anti Fractal” shit started when Scott and Brian sold the site, and the new owners focused on the revenue instead of the content. The Quad Cortex shitshow cemented in my mind the realization that the forum now plays favorites for whatever reason, probably payola to support specific brands. I had a similar vibe with the TMP. You could be the biggest dick in the world and get a pass as long as you gave the TMP glowing reviews, but you could be the most polite & sincere choirboy and still get the hammer if you asked the wrong questions.

I think he is, which leads me to believe that he had already disconnected from TOP when the shit got ugly over there. Scott was the guy that first put Fractal on my radar in around 2008, I had known him from the original PRS forum Brian ran up until around 2001 or 2.
