I'm using an FM3 with the FC6, and I want to upgrade to an FM9 to use the OMG-15 layout. It never ends.

Considering how you want every effect available as a foot switch, the FC12 would be great! Keep the FC6 and FM9 as well and now you have 27 switches to assign effects too (and can use each switch for tap and hold so now you are at 54) ;~)) The reach with the legs could work if you stack them right!!

I own all five of them. Started with an FM3 & FC6. Six months later bought an Axe 3 MkII & FC12. A year later joined a band, which justified an FM9T in my mind.

I updated to the latest factory preset patch. So many great presets with all the creative and exotic routing already done for you, just retrofit with your amp and cab (fx type) of choice and profit. It’s easy to forget what a great tool those can be to fire up the inspiration.

I thought it would be sufficient. I thought wrong. I wanted more. I needed more. The hunger was insatiable.

The only current lineup hardware I don’t have are the FM3 and the EV-2.

Edit: I forgot about the VP4. I don’t have that one either.

I don't have an EV-2 or the VP4. I was tempted when the VP4 was released, but running the FM9 into the AxeFX kinda killed that craving. Everything up to the cab block in the FM9, then all post effects in the rack unit. You can get pretty crazy with that setup.
