Gotcha. Yeah I doubt 2.5 vs 4 will make a huge difference. Even at 4 I doubt there is any power tube saturation or distortion (which imo you don't want in amps like the 5150)

aShUaLLy- Give it a shot, there’s a fairly noticeable difference. I just dialed a scene in last night using this so it’s fresh in my memory, there’s a bit more mids and it’s not quite as tight at 4, but 2.5 is pretty much the sweet spot for the tones one generally associates with a 5150.

As an aside; I also ran my Recto Vintage Red preset through the Multiwatt power amp. Ho.ly.fuck.

Modern power amp setting is the way to go. And my god is it good! OOF!

on a real 5150 4 is where the poweramp starts distorting and anything above that sounds like ass IMO. All the best tones are in that area below 4

For what it's worth (aka I have the house to myself today); I just went between 2.5 and 4 using the Multiwatt as a power amp and the same using the LX. The 4 to 2.5 difference was a lot more apparent with the Multiwatt than the LX. Still usable. Kinda of a good in between of 3 was nice on it but that's my ears splitting hairs from 4 hours on and off of loud as fuck playing

It’s on the FM9 factory preset preview AdminM posted but there were a few presets in that bank that need to be redone in beta 9
Not sure if it is the artist ones

Is there a goto expression pedal people are using? I've got a decent mooer one but looking to add a second and might as well get something a bit more robust. This one's a bit plasticky... does the job but I wouldnt order a second kind of thing.
