Fractal Talk

Absolutely overrated. When I saw it, I kept wondering why everyone else loved it so much. I don't think I laughed once during the whole film.
I'm not to this level and I should love it because of it's quirkiness but I kinda just don't? If I'm doing Coen quirky; I'll do Raising Arizona. I should put that in the queue again.

I have no idea why, but even back then, I just couldn't connect with all these cult 90s movies by the Coen brothers, Tarantino, and so on. I just wanted to watch Indiana Jones over and over again. ;)

Coen is hit and miss for me. I find myself liking most of their stuff one way or another and definitely some MORE than other. Tarantino is one of my top 3, 5. Not a risky or obscure choice but I don't care. Dude just does it for me.

Agreed. I saw one of the more recent Coen bros films starring Clooney in the theater and it was not memorable at all. I love No Country for Old Men and O Brother Where Art Thou.

Tarantino is one of the greatest of all time, the only work of his I haven’t cared too much for is the Kill Bill stuff :bag

I'm actually probably least partial to No Country vs. Lebowski? The ending did not sit with me. I LOVE the Kill Bill series. Not big on Death Proof or Hateful Eight though?

Noice!!!!

Been on a Roast Beef, Swiss, and Horseradish kick lately. Patty Melts are the bomb!
:love

A friend of mine makes some amazing sourdough, this one is caramelized onion and asiago. My red meat intake is fairly low these days, maybe once a month, but when I get a loaf of this stuff I make up for it in roast beef sandwiches for lunch and dinner. And you can’t have roast beef without the horseradish. Every couple bites I want that sinus punch.
